Autumn picnic

WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE A VOLUNTEER FOR THIS YEAR'S HARVEST PICNIC?

We are in need of volunteers for this year's Harvest Picnic at Sydhavnstippen on Saturday, September 14th from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. The Autumn Picnic is an event for families with children and others in Sydhavnen who would like to experience Sydhavnstippen - a unique and wild natural area in Copenhagen's South Harbour.

Come and join us in creating the most wonderful day with bread baking, apple pressing, and a beautiful setup, or whatever else you can contribute with.

We are looking for about 20 volunteers to help with the following tasks:

Setting up stalls before the event

Apple pressing

Fetching water

Lighting and tending to the fire

Grinding grains into flour (children's activity)

Helping children make flatbread from the ground grains

Bubble blowing

other family-friendly activities

Taking down stalls, cleaning up and tidying

We will provide coffee/tea/water/snacks for all volunteers throughout the day, as well as lunch. When the event is over, we will have a beer or water together and say thank you for the help to everyone.

We aim to have fun together and create the coziness and joy that the Autumn Picnic is known for.
